San Antonio / Bexar County Requirements
Bexar County Assumed Name (DBA) Certificate
Sole proprietorships and partnerships operating under a trade name must file an Assumed Name Certificate with the Bexar County Clerk. File at Paul Elizondo Tower (101 W. Nueva, Ste. B110), the Southside Annex (3505 Pleasanton Rd.), or any Records on the Run location. Payment accepted by cash, credit card (except AmEx), or check/money order payable to Lucy Adame-Clark, Bexar County Clerk.
San Antonio Development Services Department Permit
